We went exploring at Fisherman’s Wharf over Thanksgiving weekend. We had originally planned to go to Pier 35 for The SFEtsy Indie Holiday Emporium but realized once we arrived that the market was on Saturday, not Friday and we were a day early #fail. We headed on over to Pier 39 and grabbed some lobster and fresh shrimp sandwiches. BEST LOBSTER EVER! On the walk over we stopped by Boudin and watched thru the window as the lady baked animal shaped bread – I could sit inside this bakery all day, this smell is my happy place. I’ve been on the hunt for a candle that smells like this but no luck yet. Although, I’ve been thinking about trying this one. After we ate we did a bit more exploring, took some pictures in front of the beautiful christmas tree, and indulged in some tea and delicious donut holes; any dessert that has bread is my favorite. Before heading home we headed up to Twin Peaks to get a view of the city. Oh, and we had more dessert – gelato and Tart. Obviously, sugar is our favorite meal.
