If you’re staying near Ka’anapali Beach, I couldn’t think of a better hotel for you to relax and enjoy your vacation then the Westin Maui. In September, CJ and I got to explore Maui for the first time and the Westin was the perfect spot for a first-timer.
From the moment you enter The Westin, you’re greeted with aloha from the welcoming staff who are beyond attentive and helpful.
The Maui beach hotel is everything you think of when you imagine your perfect Hawaiian getaway. Whether you’re there for leisure, business or adventure, The Westin appeals to travelers alike. You can relax in one of four outdoor pools with cascading waterfalls or pick one of the various watersports, including kayaking, snorkeling, sunset cruises, stand-up paddling, and many more that are available steps away from the property.
All of the rooms at The Maui beach hotel are luxury modern, featuring dreamy bathtubs and balconies with ocean, mountain and garden views. We stayed in the Ocean Front Suite overlooking Black Rock and the sunrises were absolutely magical.
Located just steps from Whaler’s Village where you’ll find upscale dining, shops, and entertainment. There were a few spots in Whaler’s Village that we visited multiple times, but our favorite was Monkey Pod (we went 3 times) because their mai tai and happy hour menu is THAT good.
If you’re on the hunt for the perfect place to stay on your next trip, I would highly recommend checking out the Westin Maui. They are currently going through a massive remodel that’s expected to be completed in October of 2019. There will be new culinary experiences, more family-friendly, and newly remodeled pools.
